On our recent trip to Big Pine, CA we reached Lone pine just as the sun was setting. We thought it would be cool to drive up the Whitney portal road and how far we can get to before its completely dark. As we started into the mountains, the inclination became more steep and then we came across a nice cliff from where we could see the incredible colors of the sunset.

So we parked our car and got our gear out trying to get a shot of the beautiful colors and the great mountain peaks. Hope everybody likes it..
