Dans le quartier historique de la Principauté, le Stella est un ouvrage vertigineux qui contraste avec l'achitecture environnante.

The architects Jean-Pierre Lott and Alexandre Giraldi delivered in 2018 to Monaco a mixed building of 15,000 m² hosting 99 apartments, a nursery school and a university. In the historic district of the Principality, the Stella is a vertiginous structure which contrasts with the surrounding architecture.
