Do you enjoy shooting architecture? I certainly do! Shooting architecture outdoors is a lot of fun in US. Big cities, skyscrapers, urban vistas, real joy! Chicago was a home of Sullivan & Frank Lloyd Wright, great architects obsessed with details and symmetry. They certainly speak my language. But for my own taste and enjoyment I couldn't find a ton of indoor spaces that really excite me. The old churches, cathedrals, castles with detailed walls, fresco paintings, wood work, etc. It was all until recently when I discovered this ballroom in the Congress hotel, open for public only one day every year. I had to be there at the right time and I it was a lot of fun. What do you think?
