Thanks to a photographer buddy's tip, I was able to access an area (restricted?) of the Palm Island (the top of the palm's trunk) where you get the best view of the Atlantis Hotel, and the monorail's track as a bonus.

For the technical stuff behind this shot: Two exposures for the building and sky at f/8, one long exposure at f/22 for the water, and one fast exposure at f/2.8 ISO 800 to get the moving monorail.
