Got this shot from Arthurs Seat last night, looking over Edinburgh as the stom clouds gathered and the sensible people in the cars rushed home in a blur. In the foreground there is Dynamic Earth and the Scottish Parliament with Calton Burial Ground just behind, in the background Calton Hill sits on the right and as you gaze round to the left you take in the Balmoral Hotel and Castle on the extreme left.

One more shot from that awesome night about 2 weeks ago now.

Looking out over Holyrood and the city in general as the lights come on and the light trails appear.

Dynamic Earth visible in the bottom right, was an awesome sight from up on Arthurs Seat tonight. Unfortunately had to leave just when things were getting really good!
Seem to be making a habit of falling on my backside, slid down the hill in the dark this time tonight!

From the new to old, the Council HQ at Waverley Court in the foreground leading on to the old GPO building and the Balmoral Hotel
