Have you been here? If not, this is a must see place in this beautiful state. I went there with the intention to camp in the area and I spent countless hours roaming around and enjoying everything, from great food, to nature and long walks. Brought back a load of images and great memories and I can’t wait to share them with you. This is an intimate and minimalistic shot of this little island on the Lake Superior called Ellingson Island. Have you ever attempt this? Past trip to beautiful Minnesota was amazing and exhausting in the same time. After you get up for the sunrise and you stay late for the sunset, there was not much time left for sleep in between! That night I barely heard my alarm but after I gazed through the little tent window I was shocked when I saw how that starry sky looked like. I just grabbed my camera and ran out to capture this reflection. This was my first attempt in capturing the milky way with the IR camera. What do you think?
